I recently entered the "Voice of Democracy" essay contest, which is sponsored every year by the Veterans of Foreign Wars. This year’s theme was, "How I Honor America’s Veterans." From this experience I realized how important it is for everyone, especially America’s children, to voice their appreciation to those who have made and are making contributions to our country for our benefit.
This web site is dedicated to serving that purpose. It is a place where voices of appreciation from children can be heard, photos of courageous men and women can be viewed and thoughts from soldiers can be shared.
